To register and maintain an Account on the cucikuat Platform, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:
Age Verification: Cucikuat operates a strict 21+ policy. We reserve the right to request identity documentation at any stage. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all deposits returned where possible, and any associated winnings forfeited.

Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account termination and potential forfeiture of funds.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the cucikuat Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Cucikuat reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify cucikuat immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Cucikuat will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to comply with your security obligations.
You must ensure that all personal information associated with your Account — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details — is accurate and up to date at all times. Inaccurate information may delay or prevent withdrawal processing and may result in Account suspension. To update your details, please contact our support team at [email protected].
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Cucikuat accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods. All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallets and bank transfers, and the equivalent of RM30 in cryptocurrency. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification status.
The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) as its base currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation. Cucikuat does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
Note: Cucikuat does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider or bank may apply transaction charges. Please check with your provider before depositing.
Before any withdrawal is processed, Users must complete cucikuat's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This requires submission of the following documents:

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your Account. Cucikuat reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests that do not comply with this policy, and to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by cucikuat are subject to these general terms and any additional promotion-specific conditions stated on the relevant offer page. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific conditions shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. Wagering contributions by game category are as follows:
Bonus Funds may not be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or applied to certain excluded games. Cucikuat reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in cases where abuse, collusion, or exploitation of system errors is identified. New Users are eligible for the cucikuat Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount and must be completed within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Any uncompleted bonus will expire and be removed from the Account automatically at the end of this period.
Crypto Bonus: A 2% bonus on cryptocurrency deposits is available up to a maximum of MYR 688 per calendar month, subject to a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount. For players aged 21 and above only.
All bets placed on the cucikuat Platform are subject to cucikuat's acceptance. Cucikuat reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, technical errors, or breach of these Terms.
In the event of a system malfunction, game error, or technical fault that results in incorrect odds, bet acceptance, or game outcomes, cucikuat reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the User. Cucikuat's decision in such matters is final. Winnings derived from acknowledged system errors may be voided and recovered.
Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and sports markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market prior to bet placement. Cucikuat reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting limits at its discretion.
All sports bets are settled according to cucikuat's official sports betting rules, which incorporate standard industry conventions for events such as postponements, abandonments, player withdrawals, and result corrections. For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other markets, official results declared by the governing body are used for settlement. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended or restricted without notice.

All content on the cucikuat Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of cucikuat or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without express prior written consent from cucikuat.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cucikuat, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

Cucikuat reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account with or without notice if, in its sole judgment, you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if cucikuat is required to do so to comply with applicable law or a regulatory directive.
Upon termination of your Account, whether by you or by cucikuat:
